Cookie Policy

What cookies we use
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. We keep these to a minimum.
- Essential cookies. Used to keep you signed in, remember your free-case session, and protect your account from abuse. The Service does not work without these.
- Preference storage. Used to remember small UI choices (for example, theme or last-viewed page) so the experience feels consistent.
Analytics tracking
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how Casepilot.ai is used in aggregate — for example, which pages are most visited or where users drop off. These analytics do not build advertising profiles and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How you can manage cookies
You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers also let you set per-site preferences. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or using core features of the Service.
If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent through an in-product cookie banner before setting them.
