These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Casepilot.ai (the "Service"), operated by Casepilot.ai ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Casepilot.ai provides AI-driven case interview practice, evaluation, and feedback. You may use the Service only for lawful, personal interview preparation. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.

We may update, improve, or modify features at any time. Some features may be limited to paid plans.

To access most features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

Casepilot.ai offers a free tier and a paid Premium plan. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on the plan you select) and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Prices are shown at checkout. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

You can cancel your Premium plan at any time from your Profile page. After cancellation you will keep access to Premium features until the end of the current paid period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties about interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or career results. AI-generated feedback is informational and should not be treated as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casepilot.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-product. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
